These terms apply to purchases from the online shop at thetechtechy.com, operated by The Tech Techy in Edmonton, Alberta.
Products
All devices are pre-owned and sold individually. We describe each device’s specifications and condition as accurately as we can. Contact us before buying if you need any detail confirmed.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment is taken at checkout by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through WooPayments. Your card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored on this website.
Orders
You will receive an email confirmation when you place an order. If a device is no longer available or there is an error in a listing, we will contact you and you may choose a full refund.

Warranty, returns and refunds
Every device includes our 1-month warranty for faults present at purchase. All sales are otherwise final; see Returns & refunds.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Alberta or Canadian consumer protection law.

Guaranteed 30-Day Labour Warranty
If the same issue caused by covered repair or installation work recurs within 30 days of completion, re-inspection and re-servicing have zero labour fees and zero diagnostic re-fee for that covered recurrence under our repair terms. Replacement hardware and components retain their full applicable manufacturer warranties; coverage and duration depend on the component and manufacturer.
Exactly 30 days on applicable completed repair and installation labour. New or unrelated faults, new damage and parts outside their applicable warranty are governed by the repair terms. Diagnostic-only work is not a completed repair.
