Choose Local pickup at checkout. Pickup is free and by appointment in North Edmonton (near 165 Ave & 127 St). After you order, we contact you to arrange a time and send the exact pickup address. Please bring your order number.
Support hours (Edmonton time): Monday, Tuesday and Thursday to Sunday, 9 AM to 2 AM; Wednesday, 9 AM to midnight. Holiday hours may differ.

Devices are packed securely and shipped with tracking. We email your tracking number when your order ships. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier.

If the same issue caused by covered repair or installation work recurs within 30 days of completion, re-inspection and re-servicing have zero labour fees and zero diagnostic re-fee for that covered recurrence under our repair terms. Replacement hardware and components retain their full applicable manufacturer warranties; coverage and duration depend on the component and manufacturer.
Exactly 30 days on applicable completed repair and installation labour. New or unrelated faults, new damage and parts outside their applicable warranty are governed by the repair terms. Diagnostic-only work is not a completed repair.
