Yes. We diagnose and repair many brands of Windows laptops, desktops and custom-built PCs.
Will I lose my files?
Not necessarily. We discuss your data before reinstalling Windows or replacing storage. If a drive may be failing, recovery options are considered first.
Should I bring the charger?
Yes, especially for a laptop or a system with a power issue. The charger is part of the power system and may need testing.
