Plan connections for workstations, printers, access points and compatible PoE devices. Cable category, distance, pathways, building access and material requirements are agreed before installation.
Cat6A projects are scoped around compatible cable, termination hardware and the required performance standard.
Terminate new or existing cable into suitable patch panels. Port mapping, labeling, cable support and service access are planned so the next technician can follow the connections.
Install or reterminate compatible jacks and faceplates. Match the components and wiring scheme, identify damaged ends and document the endpoints included in the job.
Scope switch mounting, patch-cord organization, equipment access and connection mapping. Existing live connections are identified before changes; any outage window requires agreement.
Basic continuity and wiremap testing can identify wiring faults, but do not replace standards-based cable certification. If your office, clinic, studio or contractor requires certified Cat6/Cat6A reports, include the standard, link type and reporting requirement in your request.
Certification equipment, availability and deliverables must be confirmed in the written scope before that work is accepted. The handover identifies the tests actually performed and the results included.
Coordinate workstation drops, meeting-room connections, printer outlets and rack access around your team's working hours.
Identify essential endpoints and sensitive work areas before scheduling. Site access, authorized system changes and permitted downtime are agreed with your representative.
Plan connections for editing workstations, storage, access points and shared equipment around your cabling and network requirements.
Onsite service starts at $80 + GST with a first-hour minimum. This is not the total price for a 24- or 48-port project. Port count, materials, pathways, testing and access determine the quote and work window.
For contractor onboarding, send the site's insurance, safety, access and documentation requirements with your enquiry so eligibility can be confirmed before acceptance.

Review the scope, materials, labeling, tests, planned outages and total quote. Work starts after approval.
Complete the agreed work, perform the specified checks and provide the agreed labels, photographs and test results.

If the same issue caused by covered repair or installation work recurs within 30 days of completion, re-inspection and re-servicing have zero labour fees and zero diagnostic re-fee for that covered recurrence under our repair terms. Replacement hardware and components retain their full applicable manufacturer warranties; coverage and duration depend on the component and manufacturer.
Exactly 30 days on applicable completed repair and installation labour. New or unrelated faults, new damage and parts outside their applicable warranty are governed by the repair terms. Diagnostic-only work is not a completed repair.
