Turn it off and avoid repeated attempts. A mechanically failing drive can worsen with continued use.
Is recovery guaranteed?
No. Success depends on the type and extent of damage, previous attempts, encryption and whether new data overwrote old files.
Do I need another drive?
Recovered data should be saved to separate storage. We will explain the required capacity after assessment.
