How do I find my phone or tablet model?
Check Settings, the back cover, SIM tray area or the original box. A photo of the model information can help us identify it.
Do you need my passcode?
Some final testing may require access. We will explain what is needed and only request access when necessary.
Should I back up the device first?
Yes, if the device still works. A current backup is recommended before any repair or software reset.

GST is extra on diagnostics, onsite service, virus removal and SSD installation. SSD drive cost is additional. We confirm applicable taxes, parts, scope and the total quote before work begins. Other repairs and installations are quoted after assessment.
